Phase 01

Pre-Construction & Technology Planning

Before a shovel breaks ground, we align technology scope with design intent. We review architectural and engineering documents, identify technology system requirements, develop technology master plans, and establish the integration framework that will govern delivery.

Design Coordination & Document Review

We embed into the design team as the technology coordination authority — reviewing construction documents for completeness, coordinating between low-voltage trades and AE teams, resolving conflicts in design intent, and ensuring specifications are accurate and complete.

Phase 03

Procurement & Contractor Coordination

We manage the procurement process for technology systems — developing vendor qualification criteria, reviewing bid packages, evaluating proposals, and establishing performance expectations. We coordinate with the general contractor to sequence technology trade work within the master construction schedule.

Phase 04

Construction Administration & Field Oversight

On-site and remote oversight of all building technology trades during construction. We conduct site visits, review submittals, manage RFIs, monitor installation quality against specifications, and coordinate between trades to prevent rework, conflicts, and schedule impacts.

Phase 05

Systems Integration & Commissioning
